Changes to User Registration

In order to combat the inappropriate posts put on the forums earlier, it is now necessary for new users to request a login. Once the registration process is complete, an email is sent to Scotty, who has to validate that the registration is from a valid user.

All efforts will be made to ensure registrations are processed with as much speed as possible, however we would like to apologise in advance if anything is delayed.

This basically provides us with a mechanism to stop the previous malicious posts, which I am sure all parents and people associated with the Club will agree is a necessary step to ensure the site's integrity.
